For sausages.....

Friend : Wah, you remember ?

Me: Of course I remember such an important event.

Do you know...

• There are so many sausage variety you can eat a different sausage for 10 years. 
• Sausages are older than Jesus Christ. Sumerian created sausages 5000 years ago. A race after my own heart.
• Sausage were called banger during WW II because they have so high water content they explode when fried.
• Blood sausage is popular in places like Argentina, Spain, France and UK. The main ingredient is of course blood. 
• Almost 50% of sausages were made of leftover parts of the pig including blood, guts, organ, brains...etc

Sometimes it is really not good to look too closely at what you eat...
